Choose from a wide range of data cabling solutions, from one-off cabling projects to ongoing network infrastructure support. As an accredited engineer and industry-leading expertise, I can give you total reassurance across a full range of installations.

My work is recognized for:

  • Keeping to budget and schedules
  • Keeping disruption to a minimum
  • Delivering the best performance from your IT network. Through my one-stop provision and ‘can do’ philosophy I can future proof your installations so your data cabling continues to function effectively for many years to come.

The offered services include a bespoke consultation with you to understand your needs and what you would like to achieve. From an initial fact-finding discussion to stripping back of your existing solution, to installation and ongoing support, I’ll always be available throughout the journey to help with your data cabling project.

Fiber Optics

Transmit more data more effectively with fiber optic cabling.

As your business grows you need to transmit more data and your cabling systems will need to expand to meet that demand. This is when fiber optic cabling – using either plastic or glass threads – becomes the ideal solution.

Fiber optic cabling offers increased security and safety, faster bandwidth over longer distances and more reliable data transmissions. And even though fiber optic cabling is made of glass, the alternative (copper wire) is far more prone to damage, so you’ll be proofing your cabling for the future, as well as ensuring a solid infrastructure for today.

Whether it is used as a vertical backbone or to link buildings across a campus, fiber optic cabling generally offers a more modern and cost-effective cabling solution.

My fiber optic cabling installation portfolio includes:

  • Multimode and Singlemode cables
  • Tight buffered and loose tube constructions
  • Pre-terminated solutions (ideal for datacentre projects)
  • Internal, external and universal sheath options
  • Special cables for harsh environments
  • Fiber To The Desk (FTTD), Fiber to the Home (FTTH), Fiber to the Room (FTTR)
  • ST, SC, MT-RJ, LC terminations

My offered fiber optic cabling services include:

  • Backbone links
  • Fiber patch panels and couplers
  • Fiber termination/Splicing
  • Breakdown and fault finding
  • Fiber connectivity and provision provided to other CCTV, access control, network installers, and automation companies on a sub-contract basis

Fiber Optics Splicing and Verification

I carry out on-site terminations using fusion splicing using some of the most advanced Fusion Splicers from Fujikura and Fitel. Testing will be delivered using power light meters, optical time domain reflectometers (OTDRs) from Yokogawa or cable analyzer from Fluke Networks and test results are provided as part of the handover documentation.

Cable Analyzers

Cable Analyzers are copper and Fiber cable certifiers that enables testing and certification of twisted pair cabling Ethernet deployments and Fiber Optics cables and will handle any cabling system. Certifying a cable is one part of a process that starts with system design and ends with system acceptance. I use cable analyzers from Fluke Networks and test results are provided as part of the handover documentation.
