Tautuhi is an application that resets a shared personal computer.
Tautuhi is a Māori word that translates to “reset” in English.
How it works?
- In your shared computer you can have any application you need. You can also install a printer and a custom wallpaper.
- Tautuhi locks this state.
- The users will be asked to sign in.
- In a fixed interval, 5 mins is suggested, a popup window will ask the users if they want to continue their session by pressing a button.
- If they left, the pc will reset to its original state.
- If the user chooses to shut down or restart, the pc will reset to its original state.
- Any files, apps, settings, browser history, cookies and login details will be deleted.
Your shared computer will be ready for the next user.
